  1. This has been put together really well, all the required criteria was there. The only things I would say was that the door makes a strange noise when it's shut, and Beth's dying to laugh :), other than that it's really good. I liked your use of music, and I liked the storyline, and also the use of black and white in the flashback was effective.

  3. Good continuity when Manny goes through the classroom door. Good that all group members were involved in the acting. It doesnt look very professional when Nat comes on screen and it turns black and white and then back to normal straight away it just seems like the black and white part is irrelevant to anything. Manny looks like a really confident actress and pulls the video off very well in my opinion however Beth seems a little bit nervous and a bit stuttery but all in all acts reasonably well. The Music is very well done at the start of the video. Manny looked like she was smiling at the camera when coming down the stairs but i think that she shouldnt acknowledge the camera as it isnt supposed to be there. When Manny shut the door the sound seemed to errupt a little bit which ruined it slightly as there probably should have been less of a bang. I liked the overall idea of the video because different locations were used and it looked like Manny was going somewhere as we saw her at the bus stop. Well done.

  4. This is a very good video as you have met all the criteria. The only thing wrong would be how it is obvious Beth wants laugh. Other than that it is very professional, well done.

  5. great effect to the video an makes it less boring. If there was no sound it could become quite tedius. At the begining the music added cAt 1.26 we can very clearly hear someone saying go. This could easily have been edited our or the sound could have been muted until the speech was to come. Beth does seem a little nervous when acting but that cant be helped. You have included the needed criteria well done! :)

  6. :) really well put together and I couldn't find any continuity flaws in it. I found the opening sequence with the music and manny getting out of bed really good. The only flaw that i would have to point out us that the camera was really shakey at times and it made it look like the blair witch project all over again. Thought it ws good that you got al the team members involved in the making of it. well done :)

  7. This was a really good video guys, the criteria was met with really good use of continunity, like the door shutting and the shot reverse shot conversation. Had good use of music and I quite liked the opening and how it all flowed together. I just found the story abit confusing, it could have been explained alittel better, but overall well done:)

  9. Beth is dying to laugh in this bless her :)
I really liked the song at the beginning but it seemed irrelavent to the story line. The name doesn't seem to fit in with whats going on but the criteria was met well. There were no continuity errors that I could see but the black and white part could have been done more proffesionally as I didn't really understand what it was about or what was going on. The rest of it is filmed professionally.

  10. I really liked the beginning when Manny was getting ready for her interview; though when Beth was talking it was like she was going to burst out laughing, but overall good video.

  11. All clips went together really well and no visable continuity errors. The job interview looked really realistic and well shot. It could of been a bit longer so the story could of been a bit clear, but really good movie:)

  12. I like the opening shot, although I'm not sure a camera-move was necessary; could have done with a few shots edited together (unless you were going for a documentary effect). You might consider using a tripod for some of these shots, since they are very well framed, just a little too mobile. Love the shot of the toaster. The use of the zooms when Manny is at the bus stop are a little intrusive (again, unless you are going for a documentary effect) - you might want to consider cutting between a number of different shots rather than one sustained shot. You have the problem of going out of focus as a result. I like the cut between Manny at the bus-stop and outside the door; this is good editing, since we know all we need to know about how she got there. A shame you cut where you did as Manny enters the door; a CU of the hand on the door handle would have made the action match more effective. The audio is a little glitchy in places; you should try to cross-fade between audio clips to smooth out the edges. The shot/ reverse shot is effective, and the zoom into Manny after Beth's second question is appropriate and works well. This is an interesting piece and asks a lot of questions, being effective because of it. I think you might have made more about the flash-back at the end, and the CU of the picture in Manny's had. In summary, then, inventive with all continuity elements in place, and some good shots.
