Please see below for the forthcoming script. You will be asked to storyboard and shoot this next week.

Skills development task 1

Task 1 – Introduction to Shots

You will produce a number of images of Framwellgate School Durham demonstrating your understanding of the different kinds of shots used in video production. The takes should be no less than 10 seconds

Each member of your group must produce at least two shots. You should tick off each shot once you complete it, and note down the name of the camera operator

Later, you will capture your shots onto a computer and produce a video clip demonstrating your understanding of different shots, including titles.

The shots you must produce are:

Extreme Long Shot
Very Long Shot
Long Shot
Medium Long Shot
Medium Shot
Medium Close Up
Close Up
Big Close Up
Extreme Close Up
High Angle
Low Angle
